sony dvpns900v or pioneer dv656a

    i am looking to upgrade my pioneer dv444. i have 2 players in mind. they are sonys last years model the dvpns900v or pioneers new dv656a. i have read good reviews about them both and was wondering if any one could give me their opinion. any info would be a great help:)

    no contest buy the pioneer - you'd have to compare the sony 905 to be fair, but even then the pioneer is the better buy - DVD-A compatibility is enough without worrying about the fact that the pioneer produces better pictures. at £330 (multi region) it has to be the best value player on the market (unless you want prog scan)
