Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum. I have recently purchased a QED P-CV1 component cable (1m) to connect my Sony NS930 DVD player to my Panasonic 42PE30 plasma. I have set up the DVD to output progressive signal to the plasma via the component cables.

My problem is that about half my DVDs that I play now look more 'blocky' or grainy than before :thumbsdow However, other DVDs much sharper and cleaner than before when I connected it via RGB Scart.

Can anyone shed some light on this please??

    Thanks in advance.
