Sorry if this has been covered somewhere else but I need a bit of advice.

I just got a Sony 32fx66 and have an old wharfedale dvd750. The picture isn't amazing so I'm considering a new player and going for sony as my mate has one and is very pleased with it.

So.......... Is the picture quality good on the ns405v? Is it better on the ns705v and hence worth the extra money? and finally is it worth going all out for the ns905v? Does the "12 bit/108 mhz noise shaped video DAC" make £150 worth of a better picture?

I don't mind about fancy features, just good picture quality!

    Thanks in advance guys!

Ive just got the 'Sony NS705V' and i`m impressed with it. Like the post above says in his review it only has one scart connection but its not a problem as the player seems superb and the quality is excellent! I think any Sony DVd model you buy will be excellent!
