I think this has been mention before but cant find what I am looking for.

Anyway here what I find on my set and wonder if it the same for other people

    DRC Mode Setting

    Off - Very slight flicker
DRC 50 - Flicker a bit more than the above
    DRC 100 - Rock solid.

Also what setting do most of you use such as

    AI
    Noise Reduction

    Cheers

I know what you mean about the flicker, which i notice more in 50hz mode, but give it 5 minutes and i dont notice it at all.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply and yeah your quite right. I just turned it over to DRC 50 on Sky Sport watching football left it running for about 5 mins like you say and it not bad at all really, wether it our eyes that adjust to it or it settles down a bit.

I think it cos we get soo use to DRC 100 which is rock solid and going to 50 you can see the different. My tv have been on DRC 100 all the time and I only got the TV yesterday. DRC 50 seem good for football also DRC 100 is not that bad either for football.

BUT DRC 100 is fantastic for dvds :)

What do you have your AI and Noise Reduction as?

Well, my friend seems to think the resolution on 50hz is better than 100hz, perhaps one of the tecchies on here could answer this.

I have NR off at the mo, and AI on, although my settings are all over the place so im probably not the best person to ask.

Any chance you could contribute to my "FS76 Owners" thread with some of the values in the service menu off your fs76?

    Thanks in advance.
