Is there anything inherent in the shape of the camcorder with regards to producing a good picture? The really expensive/professional cameras all seem to be the same kind of shape, whereas normal priced machines, such as the the mvx150i and the trv33 seem to come in a variety of shapes...
I was just wondering if the 'long' shaped models are that shape as they can do more with the image (or something), and the really small models sacrifice this ability to be small/easy to hold/aesthetically pleasing?
