    Hi all

Canon Optura 300 has a 2 megapixel CCD, exactly twice as many as Sony DCR-HC40E.

I understand it makes a lot of difference in terms of still images capturing, but how about movie? I am just a home user, can I tell the difference?

Is Optura 300 value for money? thanks for any comments.
