SONY DAV-DZ260 question ...

Regarding the SONY DAV-DZ260 system .... does it play Divx / mpegs ?

Also can dvd content be played from the front USB ?

Some dealers indicate it does and other say not ....

anyone clarify this point please .... ?

it wont play divx/xvid,or mpeg from usb,or from disc.
it will however play vcd/svcd if burnt correctly, and no, no content other than music/photos can be played from usb.
a quick search in the 260 threads would have revealed this.
