Hi,

Hoping you can help,

My neighbors took my old Denon avr x2000 amp from me and are using there surround sound system with it without issue.

I connect all speakers up for them except for the sub. I can't remember what exactly the connects from the sub were. I think it was because the connects to the amp were different.

Subwoofer model is SS-WS22
Bass reflex, magnetically shielded

I will try to get the neighbor to send a pic of the back of sub. Just wondering if it is possible to connect this sub to the x2000

Just wondering if anyone has every done this, as I said all the other speakers are working fine. I have a link to the 5.q system I am talking about

Thanks,

Sony subwoofer from that HT system is a passive one, so it will not work with Denon receiver.

Dam. Any recommendations on cheap little sub that will work? She doesn't want to spend anything mad.
