Thanks that's pretty quick3-4 days
Not long. You tend to get an Arrow confirmation the day after order confirmation, then delivery one to two working days after that. How long does delivery normally take from the refurb store?
Typically two working days - they state how long when the TVs are listed. How long does delivery normally take from the refurb store?
How did you get the warranty, by ringing them? I'm going to hopefully get the same tv on ThursdayJust some feedback on my recent purchase from the refurb site. Ordered a 55 9505 for £679. TV arrived like new but as others have found the box had seen better days.
My only issues was it was delivered without the metal effect/premium remote. Called the store listed on the invoice to explain and the new remote arrived from Sony Europe today.
Also, 5 year warranty extension was £65 direct from the store
All in all very happy and again as others have said, you are better dealing with the store rather than centres direct if you have any issues/questions.

On the invoice you receive once ordered from Centres Direct it will show which store the sale has been allocated too. Just ring up the store and they will sort an extended warranty. Either that or if you have a store local to you, contact them before you order and you can have the sale allocated to them and then deal with them for warranty. How did you get the warranty, by ringing them? Once you have the warranty it's with Sony, don't think you have to deal with the store afterwards if you have one that is more local? On the invoice you receive once ordered from Centres Direct it will show which store the sale has been allocated too. Any of the stores can sell you the warranty - it doesn't have to be the one that the TV came from. And you may get it cheaper from another store too.On the invoice you receive once ordered from Centres Direct it will show which store the sale has been allocated too. Yeah definitelyAnd an £80 for the XH9505, which IMO is worth it to have a true HDR-capable TV.
I nearly "bit" a couple of weeks ago ... it was £1499Typical 75" XH9505 price on refurb store?
I keep thinking about that, but intend to hook it up to an X Box Series X so really need the HDMI 2.1 that comes with the XH9005.And an extra £80 for the XH9505, which IMO is worth it to have a true HDR-capable TV.
Wow. That is about £700 cheaper than John Lewis. You sure that was the X9505?I

Nope, the X85 and X95 only get eARC. But TBH, I think that's a good compromise - 2.1 has a limited use case beyond gaming for the foreseeable future?Did the XH9505 ever end up working with HDMI 2.1? Talk last year of 9005 software possibly working for it down the line.......then it was said it was hardware and would never happen.
Yup I was about to change my order from the A85 (which is going back this week as I'm not happy with it)Wow. That is about £700 cheaper than John Lewis. You sure that was the X9505?
