Are the new Sony BRAVIA range the brand by which the new 's' 'v' and 'w' series are known outside the UK?

I have today requested a new brochure to encompass these new models but was told that a brochure was not available until the end of the month and the agent who took my details seemed to indicate that Sony TV's sold in this country would not have the BRAVIA label.
    :)

BRAVIA is just the brand name replacing their old WEGA brand. The 32" V series LCD I saw two days ago was badged BRAVIA rather than WEGA. While others here have noted the same model for them had WEGA and yet others have suggested they had no badge name. IOW, don't worry about, it's marketing rather than technology :)

BRAVIA is to LCD what Trinitron was to CRTs. It's just a brand name they use to mean "high quality".
