Having decided to buy a new LCD TV, would anyone be able to advise which of these two is the better option: Sony Bravia KDL 26S2030 26" (maybe 32")OR Panasonic TX26LXD60 26" (maybe 32"). If anyone has experience or advice on either of these models/ which to buy, it would be most appreciated!

General opinion is Panasonic is stronger in its plasma range, together with Pioneer and Hitachi.

For LCD, the top are (in no particular order) Sharp, Toshiba, Samsung, Sony and Philips.

can`t comment on the sony but i`ve had the panny for 6 months, picture quality thru sky is great, dvd playback thru upscaled hdmi really vibrant, even the footy looks good with none of the usual motion blurring-only let down is the sound which is a bit `tinny`-got mine thru surround speakers so it`s not really a problem.seen this advertised with digitaldirect for under £600 which i reckon is a bargain!

Yup you're right, no PC input on the LXD60.

Only a little point, just in case it helps you: the 26 in this number 26S2030 indicates that it is a 26" set.
