Dell 6400 Connected to Sony Bravia via DisplayPort->HDMI Cable. I am playing HD Movie on my laptop recorded in 5.1 Surround Sound. Both video and sound works ok although I cannot hear sound from every channel (some are louder and some are quieter) which is obvious sience the TV plays 2 channels only. My question is if I would connect 5.1 speaker system (with optical audio in) directly to TV (with optical audio out) will I recieve 5.1 sound?
