    Hi !
Please does anyone know where i can get the Sony Bravia KDL32S3000 cheaper than £489? that's a bit pricey for me so i'm thinking about going down a series or two to the "L" model because like the "S" model, it's also in matt black. is the "L" worth getting, as i know it's an older version ...?
    thanks!

32s3000 is an older model... avoid it... the 32l4000 is also a terrible television doesn't even have the bravia engine.

Look at the KDL32V4000 as a mininum -- or if looking for better the v4500 or w4000..

However i would consider either Panasonic TH32LXD85 for £400 or LG32PG6000 plasma .... both better in there own respects. I own the lg and its an excellent screen.

    S3000 is old

    S4000 is new...

s4000 is basically same as v4000... L4000 is a pile of doggy poop. However as i said i would not recommend any ... look at the LG or Panasonic sets... nicer looking , better PQ, better sound, deal with motion better. They also don't feature the ugly 1970s speaker that the v4000 has stuck onto the bottom.

although panasonic has great tv's the 32V4000 is an excellent piece of kit and the design is still acceptable.for sth better aesthetically look at 32S4000 which is the same technically as 32V4000 but with different design.avoid 32L4000 its a poor basic model

    thanks muchly.
I think it's the Sony S4000 for me then. just need to find the best price. anyone seen them "cheap"? i've seen the S4000E but from what i've learned so far, that's the European version and it may not work properly in the UK, so i don't want that one.
so far ive found one for £489.
