Sony BDV-EF200 & TIVO Sound problem

Standard Member
Ive recently purchased a Sony BDV-EF200 and hooked it up to my Bravia TV and Virgin Media TIVO box. Now everything seems to work correctly, discs play well and the sound is fine during normal watching.
The problem Im experiencing is quite peculiar (well I think so anyway). Id be grateful if anyone could enlighten me as to why this is and if it is happening to anyone else?
When watching a recorded show (in my case Big Bang Theory) it plays fine up until the ad break, when the sound disappears completely. No sound comes from the speakers even when I stop the recording. The only way I can get sound back on is to restart the cinema system. I put this down to a glitch the first time but its happened with every episode we watched (nine in total so far) at the same place.
Ive got the TIVO box and the TV connected into the bd player with HDMI cables (all new). It doesnt seem to happen when watching other programmes. Anyone any ideas?

Thanks in advance
