sony bdp350 sound problem

has anyone else had a problem with bluray sound?on a few discs the dialogue is very quiet but everything else is ok?
ive tried every setting i can think of

tried all the suggestions on that thread but nothing helped!!

Same here, sold the player in the end because of it.
