Hi all, it’s been some time since I logged in to the AVForums but, our daughter is having a bit of an issue with our daughters Sony BDP-S490 3D player!
With the player turned on and connected via HDMI cable to the rear HDMI sound out port on the player, to our Hisense TV, although the DVD video is fine, there is no sound?
I’ve tried resetting the player to factory settings which usually works with most electrical devices but still no sound!
I would appreciate any advice from the forum members!
