Sony Av3000, X10 and a macro

    Hi gang. Greetings from Cork, Ireland.


    I have X10 lighting in my theater. Works fine with my Av3000. Channel buttons dim + and - which is fine.

    What i want to do is create a macro that dims all the lights (say system 2) and create another macro (say system 3) that brightens them back up. Or could i assign them to the scenes in lighting.

    What i have tried so far is a macro with the Channel - keys but it takes loads of presses and doesnt get very far. I have tried the interval times and the times but to no avail. It might get to 50% brightness after a while. While if i keep the Channel - pressed it goes down in no time.

    Is there a way to do this, or is it impossible. Help, this is driving me mad.
