      I don't think I'll be buying a Sony again. Three 'top of the range' OLEDs in the space of roughly a year. All with virtually identical picture quality. Something feels a little off about that...

      Reminds me of Apple with their mobile phones. Here's another...& here's another that's 0.25" thinner...& here's another that tells you you're fat etc etc. It's the same bloody phone...

      Patiently waiting for the release of this TV.
      Looking like a May release for the 55" & 65" :)

      This still due for next month? I've seen it available for pre-order on Crampton and Moore but no date is given.

      My local Sony centre said. preorders for the smaller ones in May and deliveries, with the 77" in June.

      Really hope they decide to crank up the brightness a little this year though I doubt it, from the early previews it seems it's more or less the same in that regard to as it was last year.

      Sony usually has the dimmest OLEDs.

      All oled's look awesome with HDR to me.. With the oled contrast.
      So glad i'm not bothered by the nits race, I'll stick to bands and tints for now :D

      I think the level of control over HDR is also unrivalled as many reviewers have said producing the most accurate HDR picture so I guess it's not a bad thing for proper picture fans. Which reminds me of the HDTVTEST's review of the Q90 where Vt basically said the Q90 had a tendency to overegg the HDR effect to the point certain parts of the picture looked blown out.

      US prices and availability released today.

      Prices for all 2019 models here too: Sony Electronics Unveils Pricing and Availability for New Flagship MASTER Series TVs and other 2019 Models . Airplay and Homekit only mentioned for the xG9 Master Series models.

      Doing a quick USD -> GBP + VAT conversion comes out approximately:
      55 = £3200
      65 = £4200

      I'm hoping it stays south of the 3k mark otherwise I might be buying the AG8 instead.
