Sony a7r3 - failed to write to memory card

always happens at the moment when the light is stunning

at totally random moments when the memory card is empty, half full, almost full. The failed to write message will pop up and offer an attempt to recover option which always fails. The only way to salvage the previously taken images is using a card reader.

Anybody else have this happen to them. its Annoying AF.

yup.

Presume not sustained burst mode shooting so think I would be contacting retailer to get camera checked out..........

Do you always Format or delete images using the camera?
If you format or delete from PC, etc, that can cause card problems.

This, anything other than formatting the card in camera each time you want to empty it can cause issues.
