Going to move to Canon I have decided. Here's my Sony gear for sale, unfortunately a few house moves since I bought this stuff so no boxes :(

Sony a37 camera with kit 18-55mm lens, shutter count ~5000. Comes with charger and 2 batteries. £225 posted

Sony Carl Zeiss 16-80mm - very good working order, but lost the original lens cap and the lens has a slight scratch towards the outer edge (refer to pics). Hasn't affected image quality in any way as far as I can tell! No box. £275 posted

Sony DT 50mm f1.8 - nifty fifty, good little prime in perfect condition, comes with a Marumi UV filter. Also unboxed though. £60 posted

I'm also looking for a fast stabilised 17-50/55 (Canon, Tamron, Sigma) and the 40mm pancake if anyone wants to shift theirs on?

    Price and currency: £225 - £275 - £60
    Delivery: Delivery cost is Included
Payment method: BT or cash and collect
    Location: London town

Sorry as mentioned all unboxed, have moved a couple of times since I got the kit.

Were you interested in the Sony stuff? Your original post didn't say anything :p

I am actually interested in the body + kit lens or maybe the whole lot just let me know how much you would like on top in both scenarios or maybe you would like to buy the lens straight away which is fine too

Hey I am pretty keen on the lens, and it would be incredibly convenient to deal with someone in London.

With that in mind I'd be willing to say your lens + £300 for the kit, 16-80 and 50mm.

If you only want the kit (body + 18-55 lens) then your lens + £50? As you can see I'd rather do one deal and forget about it, you would get a better price for indulging my laziness :p

Obviously subject to meeting up and checking we are both happy with condition etc.

BTW not sure where in London you are? I live North and work around Victoria :)

I live in Harrow (far NW) and work at Blackfriars. Is the scratch on the 16-80 on the glass ? And where have you bought these from and if you by any chance have any documents to go with them?

Hey, the camera kit and 50mm were purchased brand new through a grey import site. I don't have an original invoice for them but the warranty has expired anyway. The 16-80mm was purchased on eBay second hand for which I have an eBay email?

The scratch is indeed on the glass but it's really small and doesn't have any effect on IQ.

Let me know if still interested, I'll be travelling back from Reading area tomorrow so Harrow not too far off course if you want to check it out in person :)

Indeed we can meet tomorrow, the Tamron is pretty much mint bought from DigitalRev, used handful of times and boxed I will offer you the lens + £250 I also have couple of flashes - 430 EX II and Nissin Di622 both for Canon, but I don't have a canon body anymore

I think we're close to a deal! But are you offering me £250 and a Speedlite or just £250? If the flash isn't included then we're still a bit apart on our valuations but I'd take £250 + Speedlite (plus lens).

Let me know and we can take it to PM and sort out a time to meet.

The flashes are separately and depending on which one you like and of course the Nissin is cheaper than the Canon. Without the flashes I would offer £270 and that's the best I can do as for the flashes is £120 430 EX II and £50 Nissin. So if you like any of them I would offer £270 minus flash price.

Sorry but if lens is £170, flashgun is £120 and cash is £150 that only gives me £440 while the true value of my stuff is at least £500 so I'm coming down a long way to meet you already here - it's only another tenner for you!

Nice meeting you today, all great but after you left I've removed the hood and I've noticed there are pieces of plastic chipped off from where the hood is attached to the body and the plastic rim around the front element

Hey plamen nice to meet you too. Apologies for the confusion, maybe we should have taken the hood off! This 100% wasn't done to deceive you as I took the photos of the lens (in opening post DSC05121.JPG) without the hood on. This is just a tiny chip and purely cosmetic?

The thing is it is not visible on the photos unfortunately, and there are rub marks on the opposite side on the same rim, which could have been caused by either a hit or a drop, which I'm not saying happened, but that is what these signs look like. I don't generally mind scratches and signs of use but things like this that might indicate more serious impact gives me goosebumps

Hmm those small chips to the plastic were there when I bought it, it works perfectly and I have never mistreated this lens. Honestly I don't recall anything like the rub marks you are referring to. Can you post a photo or some photos of the issues you're referring to please? If this is serious then obviously I will take the lens back and refund you.

OK I'm happy if you're happy. But believe me I had no intention of hiding anything - otherwise I wouldn't have come all the way to your house! It's just the best way to store the hood when it's not in use :)
