can i program my remote from my 910 amp to control my ps3 (bluray player)

The ps3 is bluetooth not infra red, you would need a IR dongle for the PS3. If the 910 remote learn then use the remote that comes with the dongle to teach the 910 remote.

You will not be able to turn the PS3 on or off with an IR remote this will still have to be done via bluetooth.

If you can budget for it, I would get a proper universal remote such as the Logitech Harmony 525 (£40) and an ir2bt (£38) and you can then control all your equipment flawlessly using one remote.
