    Hi,

I am currently using a Sony 730 DVD player in my set up, which means that it is performing all duties, DVD, CD etc.

Musically, I am quite Pleased with the sound via my STRDB730 rec' driving Mission M72's and a REL quake.

However, would I be better of buying a reasonable CD player for sonic improvement or will there be little difference?

Also, if I were to connect a new CD player via analogue, would I loose the sub?

    Thanks.

    Cap :)
