Hi all
Bought a new Sony tv )50w656a) After about 6 months I noticed a dead pixel. i rang Sony who said they would exchange it right away which they did. However tv no2 developed a red line running from top to bottom. Rang Sony who said no probelm, we will exchange it. New tv lasted about 3 weeks where another dead pixel appeared. Rang Sony, no problem we will change it. New tv lands and low and behold...a dead pixel. im now awaiting tv number 5 from sony.
While I cant fault sony for sorting new tvs out for me, im a little worried that they are just sending out other faulty tvs from other customers. Has anyone else had similar problems with dead pixels? OR exchange tvs being just as bad as the previous
