    sony 36fs70 is this tv any good any major problems etc with it need your help pls

    Hi John F

    I had this set last year. picturewise it was excellent. I have said before on another thread, the Dolby Surrond is passable, better than none at all. My set developed an annoying ringing sound after warming up so it went back to the shop. I think you can have problems on all TV's but there is no obvious reason I know not to buy the FS70. Things do not always get better. Just make sure it has the connections you may need. Only 3 Scart and 1 of them RGB (if I remember correctly).

    yep ordered one today should be here next week. 1 rgb scart is fine for me. thanks for your help cdave

    Ouch, what a bargain !!!
    I thought I made a good deal with mine £1300 (including delivery + the stand)...
