I'm looking for a pretty good 23" LCD T.V. (Widescreen) and have narrowed it down to either the Sony KLV-23HR3 or one of the below JVC range. Does anybody have any constructive feedback on either of the products!

Is there anybody out there who can make any sense of the multiple grades of JVC 23" LCD range:LT-23E31, LT-23C50BJ, LT-23D50BK I'm stuggling to find the difference between them. And are there multiple grades of the Sony T.V as well?

I'm looking to wall mount the T.V. aswell, will this be a problem for either?

Any help would be gratefully recieved.

Help me A.V. forum, your my only hope!!!!!!

LT-23E31 - Last year's model. Analogue tuner only. Now discontinued but may be available at a good price in some shops.

LT-23C50 - Recently released. Analogue tuner only.

LT-23D50 - Recently released. Analogue & Digital Tuner.

The newer C50/D50 do have a visibly better picture than the older model.

    All can be wall mounted.

Spoke to a guy on the Sony stand at the Norfolk County Show yesterday. He showed me a glossy trade catalogue of the new Sony products. I can confirm that all the new Sony LCD's are HD Ready, even the smallest, and all are true 16:9 screens. What he did not know, or would not tell me, was the prices. He said they would be launched in the UK in late August/early September. I am already seeing the current KLV range being heavily discounted.
