I've been looking at prices for a Sonos BU150 bundle and sonoszone seem to be the cheapest I can find. Has anyone any experience of using them ?

Excellent mate, thanks very much for that. Richersounds never came up when I searched in Google for "Sonos" for some reason!
Looks like that Richer deal is well worth it

Actually I've just realised that the BU150 might not be what I need! I've already got amps and so would just need 2 ZP90s (one wired and one wireless) and a controller. But if I buy all the components separately it works out costing more than the BU150. I wonder if the ZP120 can be connected to an external amp rather than using the inbuilt one?

You don't have to use the 120s internal amp.
You can connect it the same as a ZP90 etc...:)

I've looked at a photo of the rear view of the ZP120 and can't see any sockets to enable it to connect to an external amp, the only ones it seems to have is a pair of analogue inputs and a subwoofer output

    I'm so sorry!
I originally looked at the rear of a ZP100, and just assumed the 120 would be the same.
I wonder why they removed the phono outputs.
I actually realised this before returning here.
I was just browsing the Sonos forum, when somebody else asked the same question.

No worries mate, I might still buy the BU150 bundle and go straight to a pair of speakers. But I'd have to see if it's possible to share a pair of speakers between 2 amps first.
It's a bit silly of them to sell this bundle for less than 2 ZP90s as the ZP90s sell for less individually!

I've found a ZP90 bundle here at bluestreamav which seems to be the best price I can find for 2x ZP90s.

    Just to chime in.
I've got the Sonos system and I think it's the mutts as I'm sure everyone else who has one will agree.
I have the ZP100 bundle and am extremely happy that I have based on the ZP120 not having phono (***?!).
If you have amps I totally agree you don't need the ZP machine with the in-built amp.

    Any questions happy to answer.

    Cheers :smashin:
