Sonos ZP80->MF X-DACv3 fixes Jitter?

Hi,

Does the X-DACv3 re-clock?

I recently hooked up an X-DACv3 to my Sonos music player and I am very surprised by the result. When using a lesser X-DAC (v1) I could clearly hear the difference between a CD (Denon 2910 used as transport) and the lossless recording on the Sonos. The CD had much wider sound field and better instrument seperation. I assumed as the same DAC was used, this was down to Jitter coming from the Sonos digital feed. With the new X-Dacv3 however the sound is better whatever the source, and now in blind listenings I cannot tell the difference between the Sonos and the original CD. I am surprised by this because I did not think the Musical Fidelity DACs re-clocked the signal. Am I wrong?
