Sonos problem

I have got sonos s5 and z120 player

I had the z120 connected directly to my bt hub 3 and this also had nas attached. No problems at all worked a treat controlled via iPad app

Have now wanted to use wired network.

Connected hub three which is in hall to a 4 port hub in bathroom and nas drive connected to bt hub I hall

120 player in longe plugged into network via Ethernet plug.

The hub in bathroom says both ports connected as led light both green

However Now nothing works iPad app can not find either player please help

reset your network by:

Powering everything down and restarting in the order:

modem and or router
wired Sonos
NAS drives, computers and any other units you have that are wired
WiFi devices

Wait for each device to reboot fully before starting the next.

Then let us know what happens

Call Sonos support, they can dial in and diagnose problems. Probably a network loop or DHCP problems.
