Has anybody got or have listened to the Sonance Symphony range of inwall speakers.
If so what are your views of them or any type of inwall speakers for homecinema.

We used to use the predecessor to the Symphony range for multi room audio use in some of our installations. These were the £200-£230 a pair ones.

Above that level we'd use Linn Sekrits. I've put in lots of systems, both music and home cinema with Sekrits. They are exceptional in - walls. Currently we are evaluating B+W's and some new Snell speakers for audi and cinema use. The B+W's weren't too clever (very deep hole required for them plus sound wasn't that great). The Snell's were fabby.

When I'm back from my hols I'm updating an inwall Sekrit system with large (£800 each) Snell's. I suspect it's goiong to be superb.

The Sonance's we've used have been good but if you are up to spending more you can get better above £200 a pair. The big problem you'll have is hearing some though.

Hope this is of some use.
