Question Sometimes my tv make a sound like it will turn on.

Sometimes my tv make a sound like it will turn on. its the same sound that i hear "tik" when i turn it on. Then because my soundbar is on auto mode, its getting a signal from the tv and turns on. But there is nothing on screen, the tv is actually closed, when i press a button on the remote its turns on.
