Something trapped under touchscreen?

I think I've got something trapped under my DS Lite's touchscreen. It almost looks like a dead pixel, but I'm pretty sure it's not – it's not stuck on any one colour or anything like that.

It looks as if it's something trapped under the touchscreen, either below the first layer or between the touch part and the display itself. It's particularly noticable on white backgrounds, like Brain Training, but can still be seen on other colours looking a bit like a tiny mark.

Anyone know an easy way to get it out? I've tried blowing at it from various points, but to no avail.

It may well be a bit of dust. Unfortunately, it's no simple task to take it all apart and back together again (can be quite fiddly).

There's a thread around here somewhere where someone has provided a link to a tutorial on how to dismantle the DS (failing that, try youtube for vids).

Thanks. Rather than risk wrecking it for good, I might just get hold of one of those little cans of compressed air and see if a couple of bursts will shift it.
