someone please help me

hi first post and i hope someone can help me as im pulling my hair out. i have a ps3 wired into my bt home home v2.0. now online i can play cod5 fine and i can play fifa 09 some times most of the time i jsut dont connect to the other player. when i try to play guitar hero online i cna never find another player but that is not my main problem. it that i cna never connect to or join a party with my freinds on cod 5 or fifa 09. everytime it says the game session is unavlible and i have tried everything. i have put my ps3 in the bt home hub dmz with a fixed ip and the dns as the router ip address and again it works fine online but as sonn as i try to connect to friends it does not work. i have assaigned the applicatiuon sharing thing to ps3 and that doesnt work either. my friends can connect to there other friends fine its jsut me they cant connect to please help because i realy dont know how to fix this now. sorry about the bad spelling and typing. one final point my ps3 does connect at nat 2
