Hi,
I would like to know if someone here has a Nintendo Switch with dead/stuck/hot Pixel(s) on the screen.
And if the answer is 'yes',somebody here has call Nintendo Customer Service?
Did they give you assistance and repair a screen with ONE dead/stuck/hot pixel?

Nobody is willing to own up to this, at the very least. And no, it wasn't me!

Nintendo have said dead/stuck pixels are normal and unless there's a large amount of them they won't repair/replace.

I know about it,but i would like to know if someone has try to call Nintendo for replace console or screen.

It's rare to get dead pixels these days on screens to the point of it being a non issue. Ive never seen one on anything ive owned.
if you have one give them a call and see what they say, But as already said they won't do anything unless there is lots and bad enuf to say the screen is a duffer.
