Well I've had the set for a few weeks now so I thought I'd post some thoughts.

52" no longer looks big, but people still go 'bloody hell' when they walk in the room.

Switches on faster than my Sagem Axium did, which is cool.

Sound is far better than the Sagem

Picture. So now I understand what panning blur is :) Why couldn't I see this when testing in the shop, odd. However it doesn't bug me very much and overall the picture is pretty good.

I got the set from Costco so may take it back and trial the Sammy for a couple of weeks as its dropped in price to less than the Tosh. Although I'm not sure I can be bothered :)

this panning blur problem wasn't mentioned in ``what home cinema``, typical isn't it!

its strange how one doesn't notice faults in a shop, only when you relax at home
