i haven't a clue when it comes to projectors
after lots of reading i wish to get a themescene H30A
i have just found out that they are to be discontinued
how long will they be available or should i go for it now ?
also i wish to project onto a 6ft screen (wide) this will mean
that the pj will be around 13ft from the screen and at the maximum
lens ratio, will this mean a bad picture ?
i have never seen a pj in action can anyone give me clue as to the
picture quality ie. better than plasma would it be like rear projection tv
    any advice is appreciated

You really need to find a good dealer and get a demo. I assume you've worked out the lens throw and screen size from the published spec. That's all good homework, but actually seeing one showing DVD's you like is really important - you might not like it at all !

    Good advice rjg,

I personally think that for the money the H30 is the dogs danglys but you may not if you demo one.
I don't have a problem with the rainbow effect and nobody who has seen my H30 has either but some on this forum say they do so best check.
All projector technologies have their good and bad points, the only way to decide which is for you is to go looksee.
