Solo Music as a Pre-amp?

Standard Member
Hi there,

I'm guessing I have a somewhat unique set-up...

CD23T into a Solo Music
Pre-out into a P38 (LF) and on to a P85 (HF) bi-amped for Totem Acoustic Hawk.
Can anyone advise me as to if the Solo is a weak link and will detract from the sound quality I'm getting from the dcs Ring dac?
I'm very happy with the musicality and soundstage I'm getting - just wondering if the not inconsiderable outlay for an A32 for instance would be worthwhile - swapping out my P85. I assume this would give me better pre-amp quality(?), with the added bonus of balanced A32 output wattage with the P38.
Any comments much appreciated.
Thank you.
