Hi, My infinity was installed on 14th Jan and has been working fine until Tuesday when the light went orange and our BT vision box says we are offline. My phone still sees and connects to the hub but theres no internet access from it. The white box has the green lights on and seems fine its just the home hub leading off it thats broken. What has confused me though is that i always assumed that the HD and sports channels were delivered via the internet but last night i checked and they were all working fine (but the on demand features were unavailable). I have checked connections and phoned BT twice and been through the reset etc process. An engineer cant come until Tuesday and if its our fault we have to pay £120!!! kick in the teeth considering we're without internet for a week and i need to look for a new car and in the middle of booking holiday so not a great time really. Any advice will be very much appreciated thank you.
