I was surfing the web the other day when i stumbled across a site advertising what it called the "Liquid interconnect". The pack consisted of hollow polyurethene piping of a given length and the usual phono plugs. The inner tube was hollowed out whilst the outer screen remained. It said that all you have to do is cut off the required amount, block off one end and fill the pipe with salt water. Once filled it said to block off the open end and allow to sit for one hour then the cable is ready. It promised to reduce RFi and have a much better conductivity than that of OFC. It also said, and i quote "it increases bass clarity, widens the general sound stage and initial tests show a 15% reduction in the power consumption of your amp when compared with Kimber KCAG interconnects." Check it out at www.liquidinterconnects.com Should i get some of this? Has anybody already got it??
