I plan to put alot of single frame shots onto my Pronto remote to use as animations but looking for some software that will do it automatically.

    I.E.

Take single frames from the matrix movie opening sequence.

    Any ideas??

    Thanks.

    Steve.

I think dscaler will do this with captured sources (eg. s-video, composite), ie. capture jpeg's at specified time intervals, but I'm not sure how to do it from a DVD. 50 frames per second is a lot of images.
