Taken using zoom on my 24-135mm Tamron If.
Still no macro lens yet but one hopefully on it's way soon.

Oh, and while I am at it .. have a flower shot as well .. same lens.

The flower shot is really good, the Bee just makes it.
It's the sort of shot that would normally work better with an overcast sky to prevent it from being so contrasty in the strong (Spanish?) sunlight, but you've caught the texture of the petals so well that it doesn't seem to matter so much.

The flower shot is the better of the two,the snail is slightly out of focus.

I wish my Bougainvillea looked like that.. It did up until about November but now it's just beige sticks and thorns :(.. Guess you can't even keep them as houseplants in Sunny Manchester.

Nice pics, I need a proper macro lens.

The snail seems to have gone AWOL, but the yellow flowers are fantastic. :thumbsup:
