Hoping someone could help me. I have the SN11RG which was working perfectly fine but recently had the Subwoofer not working, no power means no green or red light at back. Ordered the new board for the subwoofer from LG, replaced it, it connects with the Soundbar but the Subwoofer output aka bass is so low that the experience of the sound is so poor.
is this due to the new firmware or something else. If anyone has experienced the same, please let me know. Help needed.
