smart tv + receiver + sonos + outdoor speakers

Hello,
I have a very specific situation I'm trying to figure out:

I have a samsung smart tv and an Onkyo tx-nr636. I got an audio extractor for an HDMI, and set up a chromecast on it so that I could listen to music outside independent of music inside, or both at the same time. I can either use just the chromecast and tune the inside to the same input off the hdmi and get the music outside, or I can use Plex inside and the chromecast outside. This worked great for a while, until I got a Sonos system.

I got 2 Play 1s and the connect so I can use the line in. My ideal situation right now that I'm trying to figure out is this:

Plex on the tv playing through the receiver + all over the house using the sonos system + outside over the zone 2. I think what I need is a new audio extractor that keeps the HDMI as is, while also extracting the audio to RCA so I can plug it into the sonos line in -> the receiver analog input so it can play outside. I cannot seem to find an audio extractor like this. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I currently have:

But I've also tried: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LKF6CPG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

with no luck. Maybe my receiver is misconfigured? I'd appreciate any help. Thank you
