You sure that wasn't for a pair? rrp is £750 Sib & Co Pack Sib 5.1

Essential hif & HC magazine gave them 5 stars last month (page 57).

They also rated the Jamo E 700PDD (a bit bigger)

    HTH

ps I think (??) there some for sale recently in the "for sale" part of the forum.

...or Mordaunt Short Genie 5.1? £800, and sound heaven. I've never seen a bad thing written about them.

Sorry only realising now first post was misleading. All i want is 2 rear speakers.

    thanks guys

    gives me better options!

can you buy the Mordaunt Short Genie speakers separately?

Just phoned richersounds and they said they had to be bought as a whole system. my local hifi shop said the same thing .

You can buy them separetely, yes. See here: www.avland.co.uk. They are a great dealer, and will sell you them individually (see each speaker 'department' on their website). The sats come in pairs, the centre on it's own. You can get them in either silver or black, but the sub only comes in silver. very well made speakers (tiny, but weigh a ton...!)

    www.orbaudio.com

Order online, took about ten days for delivery.
    I bought five for £267.80
Paid about £30 for customs charges.
They do a "twin pack" without subwoofer.
Search on this forum for other buyers, They are a Gallo rip off, but I'm not complaining about that.
