Hardly use VHS now I have a DVD recorder and a video won't fit in my TV cabinet. However, there's the odd occasion I'll want to transfer tape onto DVD so is there a very small or portable VHS player available from anywhere that I can just plug in when I need it and then hide in a drawer? Wouldn't even need to record, just play.

Well you could get a cheap Pc Tv card for about £30 and a dvd-rw for £60 on the net. Run a cable to the tv card and burn to dvd, cheaper than a new player and lets you have best quality and saves space. But remember GIGO.
