Looking for something to use with Kodi. Something like an Acer Revo would be ideal.

Let me know what you've got!

No worries - alternatively I have a Dell Optiplex 745 SFF with a core2duo e6400 2.16ghz CPU, 80GB Velociraptor 10K drive, Intel GMA GPU, 2GB RAM. Only want £45 for that.

It's actually pretty small, small form as you said but yes, bigger than a nettop!

BRIX - Can drop to £100 minus the SSD.

Is there any warranty on it? And is that a collected price?

Warranty - seems to have a three year one with Gigabyte - see attached and one for the the PSU. I got it in January 2015.

Can knock £5 off if collected.

I think with adding 4GB memory (NUCs use special 1.35v RAM) you'll be looking at £125 from Amazon, so for £95 you can have mine or even for £5 more than Amazon a 120Gb SSD thrown in!

    No worries though.
