Small form Graphics card help needed.

Hey everyone, I'm in need of a little help. A mate has had his graphics card go pop, now normally it wouldn't be a problem but it is a small form card from a Philips style pc (He can't remember the exact model, looks like this one here CLICKY, (very small height and width).

So the original card was an ati x700 (pci-e) but the card was about half the size of a "normal" card. It is only about 2 inches wide (across the card) it also has a card in the pci slot below the pci-e slot the card will go in, so a big fan is a no no too.

So I have searched around and I am struggling to find one that is a, the right sizel, b, in stock and c, fairly cheap (he is a tight bugger)

Anyone have any advice (apart from telling him to get a full size tower next time, like I have been) or can point me in the right direction ?

Any help would be much appreciated.
