Has anyone made a false wall with sliding doors?

I want to put back the living/dining room back to seperate rooms.
instead of hinged doors i want to have sliding doors. The doors will be normal doors.

What would be the best sliding runners to use?

When you mean sliding doors do you mean recessed or on the wall face?

A house i am working in at the moment has an internally sliding door fitted to a small wc, the client could not fit a commercially avalable kit as they have used solid oak ledge and brace doors throughout.
the door runs on a rail

the same as what is used for sliding wardrobe doors but built within the stud wall.

Thanks, this is what i was thinking of.
The other suggestions were correct too but way out of my price range.
