The wife's doing my head in about the light nights / mornings and has tasked me to source her a sleep mask that's a significant upgrade on the usual freebie ones you get on planes.

Can't imagine a bought one being much better but thought I'd better ask the question.

    Cheers

I have blackout roller blinds in each of the bedrooms and heavy backed thermal curtains in each too, it's black as anything and it stops the heat coming in too, it's brilliant as it can be 12 o'clock pm and you cant even tell its daytime, I can't sleep if any light starts to come through.

Lovehoney do a satin eye mask for £4.50.

    A review:

This eye mask is a dream to wear while sleeping. The mask is very light on the eyes and you'll eventually forget that its there! I guarantee you'll have an lovely night's sleep with this mask on.
