Hi all!
Setup: Quattro LNB dish ---> EMP Centauri multiswitch ---> Triax TMDS 42C dSCR multiswitch ---> quadplex wall plate ---> Sky Q box (dSCR mode).
I had an electrical circuit trip in the consumer unit (fuse box) and when I turned it back my SkyQ wasn't working. There was no satellite feed to the main box, though other tiled content was showing (presuming it receives data via broadband).
I changed the single coaxial output on the Triax multiswitch to the second output and the SkyQ picture came back on. However, the picture quality looks worse (even though SkyQ shows the same signal strengh (70) and signal quality (90) as before. I can't pause live TV, play recordings, no programme info shows on screen, no programme guide.
Does anyone know what is likely to be the problem? I'm thinking the Triax multiswitch must be damaged but before ordering another, I wanted to see if anyone knows what it could be.
Thanks
