    My father-in-law to be is coming up to his 60th birthday and he likes messing around with his digital camera but the printer he has doesn't seem to be quite up to spec. We were going to try and buy him something half decent. (But not too pricey.) This all in one package seemed like a simple way of doing it.
    I'm going to try and find out what camera he's got at the moment and see if he needs a better one or just a better printer.
    Thanks for the advice above I'll post again when I've got a better idea of what I want to know. :D

    the cost of that camera deal u wanted was $275, that will get you a good camera but not ptr too
    my sugg is Pana FZ2 its only 2 megapixel but still v good prints up to 10 x 8 read the reports tho
    (FZ10 is 4mp $450) both have 420mm zoom and antishake
    lots of fun..
    (Note if u buy a FZ1 then upgrade it will save u more money

    Canon PowerShot S1 IS brand new model, im not keen, should have been better spec than FZ10 its not see review
